Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Effective January 2026

At Peak Squash, I am committed to providing the highest quality coaching to help every student reach their potential. As I return to competitive training in 2026, my availability has become tighter and demand for slots has increased significantly.

Currently, my schedule is fully booked and new clients are being placed on a waitlist. To ensure fairness to all current students—and those waiting for a spot—I have updated my booking policies to protect the time set aside for your training.

1. MONTHLY SCHEDULING & DEPOSITS

Because prime after-school and evening slots are high-demand, we operate on a deposit system to secure your recurring time.

50% Deposit: To lock in your recurring time slot for the month, a 50% deposit of the total monthly lesson fees is required at the start of the month.

Weekly Balance: The remaining balance for your lessons is due at the end of each week.

Waitlist Protocol: Without a deposit by the due date, your slot may be released to students currently on the waiting list.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY (24-HOUR NOTICE)

When a lesson is cancelled last minute, it is impossible to fill that slot with another student who was eager to train.

The Rule: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee for that day.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will be charged at the full rate.

3. UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS & FACILITY ISSUES

We operate in an environment where external factors can occasionally disrupt play. I believe in a fair approach regarding events outside of our control.

Scope: This includes power outages (blackouts), facility maintenance, court flooding/leaks, or severe weather conditions that make travel dangerous.

The Policy: If a lesson cannot proceed due to these specific uncontrollable events, you will not be charged. Any pre-paid fees for that specific session will be credited toward your next lesson or refunded.

Notification: I will do my best to notify you via WhatsApp the moment I am aware of a facility issue.

4. THE FAIRNESS GUARANTEE

I believe accountability goes both ways.

My Promise: If I (Coach Sunny) ever have to cancel our lesson unexpectedly on the day of the scheduled session (excluding the uncontrollable events listed above), your next lesson is free.

5. TOURNAMENT DATES

Please note that lesson schedules may be adjusted during local or international tournament weeks. I will provide a list of these dates in advance. If you are participating in a tournament or your child is in exams, please confirm your lesson availability for that week as early as possible.
