At Peak Squash, I know life happens — school, work, TRAFFIC and family! To keep things fair and make sure everyone gets the most out of training, here’s how we handle cancellations:

1. If you need to cancel a lesson:

   • Please let me know at least 8 hours before your scheduled time.

   • Cancellations with less notice will have a $5,000 fee (this includes semi private lessons)

2. If you don’t show up (no-show):

   • A no-show will be charged at the full lesson fee.

   • If cancellations or no-shows become frequent, we’ll need to move to weekly prepayment to secure your spot.

3. If i (Coach Sunny) miss a lesson:

   • If I ever forget or can’t make it unexpectedly, your next lesson will be free — my way of keeping it fair.

These guidelines are designed to respect everyone’s time, keep scheduling smooth, and make sure all players can stay consistent with their training. Thank you for your understanding!
