PEAK SQUASH — SCHEDULING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Peak Squash, I am committed to providing the highest quality coaching to help every student reach their potential. With demand for slots continuing to grow and my schedule fully booked, I have updated my booking policies to promote fairness — both for my time and for the students working to earn a spot on my schedule.

1. WEEKLY PAYMENT

  • Payment is due at your first lesson of the week — full weekly
    amount, upfront.

  • No deposits or partial payments. One clean transaction per week.

  • If payment is not received by the first lesson of the week,
    your slots for that week may be released to a student on the
    waiting list.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY (BEFORE 8:00 AM DAY-OF)

When a lesson is cancelled at the last minute, it is difficult to
be filled by another student who was eager to train.

  • The Rule: Cancellations must be made before 8:00 AM on the
              day of the lesson.

  • Before 8:00 AM: The lesson fee is credited toward a lesson
                    the following week.

  • After 8:00 AM (same-day cancellation): The lesson fee is
                                            forfeited.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice
              will be charged at the full rate.

  • Sick Child: If your child is unwell, please let me know
                before 8:00 AM. Same-day notice for illness follows
                the standard rule — before 8:00 AM = credit toward
                next week.


3. UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS & FACILITY ISSUES

We operate in an environment where external factors can occasionally
disrupt play. I believe in a fair approach regarding events outside
of our control.

  • Scope: This includes power outages (blackouts), facility
           maintenance, court flooding/leaks, or severe weather
           conditions that make travel dangerous.

  • The Policy: If a lesson cannot proceed due to these specific
                uncontrollable events, you will not be charged.
                Any pre-paid fees for that session will be credited
                toward your next lesson or refunded.

  • Notification: I will do my best to notify you via WhatsApp
                  the moment I am aware of a facility issue.


4. THE FAIRNESS GUARANTEE

Accountability goes both ways.

  • My Promise: If I (Coach Sunny) ever have to cancel our lesson
                unexpectedly on the day of the scheduled session
                (excluding the uncontrollable events listed above),
                your next lesson is free.


5. TOURNAMENT & EXAM WEEKS

Lesson schedules may be adjusted during local or international
tournament weeks. I will provide a list of these dates in advance.

If your child is participating in a tournament or is in an exam
period, please confirm your lesson availability for that week as
early as possible.
