ABOUT PEAK SQUASH

Peak Squash is a Guyana-based squash academy dedicated to developing children and adults through structured, purposeful training. Based in Georgetown, the program is built on clear progression, long-term planning, and high-performance standards adapted to every level — from beginner to competitive athlete. Under the direction of Sunny Seth, Peak Squash applies a carefully designed methodology that blends technical precision, tactical awareness, physical development, and character building. Every session has intent. Every phase has direction. The objective is not only to improve players, but to build complete athletes who understand the game and themselves.

“I coach squash because I believe in the process — in how children learn, grow, and develop through consistent, purposeful training. My philosophy is built on planning and progression, but always balanced with the joy of simply playing the game. I’ve seen firsthand that kids thrive when they’re improving — and when they feel part of something truly special. Squash has taken me around the world — from Australia and the U.K. the U.S., Asia, Colombia and the Caribbean — and now, I’m proud to be based in Georgetown, Guyana, building something meaningful here. My goal is to help young athletes develop real skills, grow in confidence, and feel a deep sense of belonging both on and off the court.”

Owner & DIRECTOR | Peak Squash

“Representing Jamaica in squash from a young age taught me that excellence and joy aren't opposites — they fuel each other. Training alongside my father through my junior career showed me what it looks like to work hard and love every moment of it, to let genuine passion drive performance rather than pressure. That experience is the heart of how I coach. I believe children deserve to find real satisfaction in effort, to feel the thrill of progress, and to be part of something bigger than any individual result. My students push me to keep growing — to deepen my understanding of the body, the game, and the countless ways a great session can unlock something new in a young athlete. That exchange, between coach and player, is where the magic lives. This mission of mine continues in Guyana — nurturing young athletes who challenge and champion one another, who learn to love what hard work asks of them, and who take the lessons of the court into every corner of their lives.”
